Indian Designers Ashdeen Lilaowala's Collection at Lakmé Fashion Week 2013

The Indian Designer Ashdeen Lilaowala at Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2013 began with her latest collection. She is graduate of the National Institute of Design Ahmedabad, who started his label “Ashdeen” specialising in ancient Oriental and Persian hand embroidery and is the author of the book “Threads of Continuity” on the complex Zoroastrian art of Kusti weaving.

It is a contemporary collection, with beautiful embroidery Gara, which are very typical and brand a touch of tradition.
The color combination chosen by Ashdeen, namely black, red and white, I think is great because they blend perfectly with the products they use, such as organza, georgette or satin.

Of all the collections I've seen in this Fashion Week at the moment this is the one I like the most. But I have no doubt that the biggest celebrities of Bollywood will eventually wear his creations. Indian fashion has not stopped to amaze us!

And you, what do you think?
