Annie Leibovitz's
photoshoot for Vogue inspired by the
natural disaster of late October 2012 has offended quite a few, being qualified
as “tacky”, “silly”, “tasteless” and “offensive”, to name but a few.
Those
pictures are clearly controversial, showing different teams of the emergency
services - each one telling their own stories about Hurricane Sandy events – posing with models wearing what they call
the “best of the New York collections”.
Do
you agree with the detractors or, on the contrary, appreciate the concept?
